This project involved the interior build-out for the expansion of an institutional educational facility at 570 Rue Camiel Sys Street. The goal was to deliver high-performance interior systems that would support the daily demands of an active learning environment while meeting strict durability and acoustic requirements typical of institutional spaces.
The interior systems scope included the installation of steel stud wall assemblies, acoustic ceiling systems, and durable drywall finishes throughout the expansion area. Each system was selected and installed to ensure long-term resilience, functionality, and performance within a high-traffic educational setting.
Our team implemented precision steel stud framing to create structurally sound partitions designed to support both performance and longevity. Durable drywall systems were installed to withstand the heavy use common in institutional facilities, while carefully specified acoustic ceiling systems were integrated to help manage sound and improve the overall learning environment.
The completed interior delivers a robust and reliable space that meets the demanding standards of institutional construction. The combination of reinforced wall assemblies, high-quality drywall systems, and effective acoustic ceilings ensures the facility provides a comfortable, functional environment for students, educators, and staff.
